   Billing Note:  Just a reminder -- we do not snail mail paper invoices or statements.  Please watch your email for billing documents.  The invoices and statements will have a PDF attachment.  This document contains the same info that is in the body of the email, just in a more printable format.  If you are unable to open the PDF attachment and desire to do so, you will need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.  Contact us if you need help with that.  

   Premium Email Accounts for Some: We have transitioned all the email accounts on the mailagape.com domain to the premium service.  We chose that domain because of the smaller number of accounts and also because a good percentage of the mailagape email accounts were being used overseas by missionaries.  We were anxious to be able to provide them with the very best service possible because of the less than ideal circumstances that they deal with at times.  Whether we also migrate the agapeinternet.com and agapemail.com domains to premium as well remains to be seen.  We do see some advantage in still having a lower cost service to offer.
   For any of you that would like to upgrade to the premium service now (and don't mind changing your email address), let us know and we would be glad to help you out.

   Brand New -- Your Own Domain!: The Premium Email Host has opened a new door that allows us to personalize a domain for you.  You can now have email addresses that are:
 yourname@whateveryouchoose.com
    whateveryouchoose can be anything you want it to be (subject to availability).  We at Agape Internet think that this is a good, forward-thinking decision to make.  Not only do you get a unique email address you also reserve the option of hosting a website on that same domain.   There are still a lot of very good names available, but they are disappearing fast! 
   For example:
hochstetlers.com is taken but I could go with:
hochstetlers.net or
thehochstetlers.com
   This is an especially valuable advantage to businesses, in today's business world.  Creating 'Brand Awareness' is very important.  If you have ever considered having your own website, now is the time to reserve your domain!

   Using Your Email as a Fax:  Agape Internet has partnered with a fax service to make it possible to use your email account as a fax!  The way it works is very simple.
   You are given a toll free fax number to receive faxes.  Any faxes sent to that number will arrive in your inbox as a PDF attachment that can be saved or printed at your discretion.
   To send a fax, you compose an email, attach any documents that you want included and send the email to a special email address.  Your documents are sent to the fax number that you specify. 
   Cost to get started is $24.95.  There is a $1.95 monthly fee and 15-cent charge for each incoming and outgoing page.
   Advantages to this system are:

• No dedicated fax line needed

• No additional hardware to purchase and maintain

• Send / Receive faxes anywhere you can email

• No busy signals for incoming faxes

• System automatically retries busy fax numbers

• You get an email confirmation of successful delivery

   Website Remodel:  In the coming months we will be upgrading the Agape Internet website.  We hope to include more functionality for you the customer, as well as an improved look that better reflects our commitment to quality.  We will be announcing our progress as we go along.

   Price Change: We updated our Dialup prices in February from $4.49 to $5.59 (see our Price List on right).  All new customers since that time are already on the new price structure.  Now we are going to update everyone.  We regret raising prices, but  the change became necessary and we still feel that our product is priced competitively.  This change will take place at your next billing cycle in the new year.
