Change in hours
In
an effort to better serve our customers we are revising
our office hours. This will be the first of many
steps to revamp and improve our customer service.
The new hours are:
Mon.- Fri. 11:30 a.m. - 4:00
p.m.
Sat. 11:30 a.m. - 2:00
p.m.
-Closed
Sundays
Now
I am sure that you are thinking, "How will this improve
customer service?" Basically I am trying to
compartmentalize my work day. It was just not feasible
to be available for phone calls 7 hours per day.
Freeing up mornings to focus on other things will allow
me to be more available for phone calls in the afternoon.
Anyway that is the goal. We are going to try this for a
while; the hours may well change again in the
future as need be. We thank you for working with
us as we endeavor to improve our service!
