Dialer Update
We will be making a dialer update
available that will
contain all the latest phone
numbers. There has been a change to the Quest
Network of access numbers that did affect a large number of
locations. So we do encourage everyone to update
their dialer.
The dialer will no longer be updating automatically so you
will need to source the download in one of the following ways:
-
Download from
here from the website.
-
Request by email
(will be in Zip file).
-
Request by CD (cost
$9.99).
Standard Email Migration
Because of a
continued degrading in service from the Standard Email
Host we have decided to migrate all of those accounts to
the Premium Email Service. If your email address
ends in: agapemail.com or agapeinternet.com you will
soon be experiencing all of the advantages of Premium
email! You will receive an email to alert you a
few days before the change takes place. Watch your Inbox.
We will also be making a small adjustment to the prices on our
email accounts because of this change. Premium
email accounts will change from the current $2.00/mo. to
$1.50/mo. Those accounts that are upgraded from
Standard w/ SpamGuard will continue paying the same.
Standard accounts without SpamGuard will increase 50
cents per month.
We feel that this change will be a great improvement for all. You
will receive an email notification if your account will
be upgrading.
Gmail Only Service
Agape
Internet will be starting a new product that integrates
with the very popular Gmail system. The details
are not all hammered out yet, but the goal will be to
create an economical dialup account that will work to
access Gmail Apps. Would you like to start using
all the exciting features that Gmail offers? Or
maybe you already have a Gmail account and just want to
access it in the comfort of your own home. Look
for launch announcement in the next newsletter!
TechSupport4U
We are in
the Beta stage of offering Remote Support direct to your
PC! To start out, we are offering our calling card.
You can download
here or by going to
the website
www.techsolutions4u.net. This small program installs a
desktop shortcut that will initialize a
support request
with us. So if you have any question about your PC we
can connect directly to your computer and hopefully
solve the problem or show you right on the screen
anything that you need help with.
We will eventually of course have to charge for this service but for a
limited time it will be free to all Agape customers.
Got a question? Try it out!
If you are interested in more detailed
info about anything in this newsletter, just let us know
by replying to
this email and we will be glad to help you.
