QuickBooks Online

    Here at Agape Internet we use Quickbooks Online for our accounting for the following reasons:

1. Access anywhere you have an internet connection
2. Integrated Credit Card processing
3. Recurring billing templates
4. Allow limited access for employees and accountants

5. Never worry about data backup
   
     Just a short review: the online version was my first exposure to the QuickBooks software, so I cannot speak to how it compares to the desktop versions.  My impression is that there are features that may be lacking and small idiosyncrasies that may be a bit aggravating at times.  However they are still making improvements and their customer service is good.
      I would recommend QuickBooks Online to any small business especially if you have a mobile office.  All your financial information at your fingertips without worrying about securing information on a laptop hard drive and synchronizing data... That's peace of mind!
